Therapy Services:
50-minute therapy session: $210
Like most specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.
Limited sliding scale spots are available.

In some cases you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment.
I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. This service will be provided at no cost to you.Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.

You can use the out-of-network reimbursement calculator to get an individualized estimate of what your costs will be using your out-of-network benefits! The calculator is also available below.
If you have out-of-network benefits, they typically will reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session.
If you’d like, I will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf via Mentaya.

Yes, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots in my schedule. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
If I’m unable to offer you a sliding scale spot, I’d be happy to offer referrals to trusted clinicians in the area.
If you’re hoping to find an in-network provider, www.psychologytoday.com is a great resource.

I always schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation first. Here’s what you can expect during this call:
I’ll ask you about why you’re seeking therapy
I’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist
You can ask me any questions that I didn’t cover
We’ll talk about rates, insurance, availability, etc.
You can book this consult call directly at the “I’m ready - let’s do this” link below.
-
If we both decide we're a good fit after our consult call, we'll schedule our first therapy appointment. I'll send you a couple of quick forms to complete before our first session. I'll also send you a link for our video calls that you can use every week.
-
Think of your first therapy session as a low-pressure, get-to-know-you conversation—no couch, no judgment, and no need to have everything figured out before we talk. My job is to understand what’s bringing you in, what’s been challenging, and what you’d like to change or improve. We’ll talk about your health, stressors, sleep, mood, and goals, but at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I’ll also explain how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and answer any questions you have—whether it’s about my approach, how often we’ll meet, or what kind of strategies we might use. By the end of the session, you should feel heard, understood, and have a clearer idea of the next steps.
And no, you don’t need to prepare anything! Just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
-
It depends! Most people start with weekly sessions to build momentum and see progress. As you start feeling more confident in the tools and strategies we’re working on, we can adjust to biweekly or less frequent check-ins.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll find a rhythm that works for you. Need more support at the beginning? No problem. Feeling solid and want to space things out? We can do that too. The goal is to make sure you’re getting what you need, when you need it—without unnecessary sessions or pressure.
Still have questions?
You’re not alone—therapy is an investment, and you deserve to feel confident in your next step.
