I’m a PSYPACT-certified virtual psychologist and licensed clinical psychologist who helps adults struggling with insomnia, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, burnout, and chronic illness find lasting relief—without burning out in the process.
I chose this work because I’ve seen the toll that sleep issues, pain, and chronic health conditions can take—not just physically, but emotionally. And I kept meeting smart, capable people who were doing everything “right” but still felt stuck and dismissed. They didn’t need more advice—they needed a different approach.
